30-Day Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (excluding third-party freight charges) if:

• It is in its original condition

• It has not been processed or altered

• It is still in its original packaging

• It is accompanied by the original receipt

• Traceability has been maintained on all material

15% Restocking Fee Applies To:

• Items pulled from the warehouse requiring forklift use or special handling

• Items delivered by IMS trucks or shipped via UPS (additional freight charges apply)

• All special-order items, which will be charged the supplier’s restocking fee plus a 15% IMS handling fee

Items Not Eligible for Return:

• Remnant material

• Processed or cut material

• Any material not meeting the above conditions
