5-Axis • Bevel up to 45°What materials and sizes can you cut?
Aluminum, stainless, copper, brass, and mild steel. Capacity up to 10" O.D. round and 8" square/rectangular; typical wall thickness up to 1/2" (mild), 3/8" (aluminum/stainless), and 1/4" (copper/brass).
Do you provide bevels and weld-ready prep?
Yes—clean bevels and chamfers up to 45°, inside and outside. Weld bevels can be added prior to cut-to-length, reducing or eliminating hand grinding.
Can you perform secondary operations?
We offer tapping, flow drilling, and QR/part ID etching to deliver assembly-ready components from a single setup.
