Artist's Release of Exclusive Rights to Submitted Art and Release of Liability and Indemnity
  • I certify that the submitted artwork and any accompanying statement were made by the artist indicated and were not copied.
  • I give permission to the Symposium organizers to use part or all of the work, reproduce, prepare derivative works, publish, distribute copies to the public, perform publicly, and display publicly the artwork, any accompanying artist statement, and the artist's name for all purposes deemed appropriate. Similarly, the organizers may distribute the artwork through a variety of media, including but not limited to print, television, websites, or any other means.
  • I will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Symposium organizers from all damages and liabilities incurred arising out of the content and matter contained in the art.
  • All artwork is owned by the artist and will be returned to the artist following the event unless the artist has agreed to donate or sell the piece.

Event Details
  • Irvine Grand Opening event to be held Oct 22-23rd at 2481 Alton Parkway
  • Made In America Metal Art Contest
  • Entry Requirement: Art must be comprised of at least 75% Metal
  • Registration Deadline: Oct 8th
  • Artwork Drop-Off Deadline: Oct 18th
  • Following registration contestant will receive, via email, a confirmation code to be used for 15% discount on purchased metal and supplies on or before October 18th, 2010.

  • I have read, understood, and agree to the Competition Rules and the Artist's Release of Exclusive Rights to Submitted Art and Release of Liability and Indemnity.
  • The information provided on this Entry Form, including the Artist's Statement of Originality is true and accurate.
  • I affirm that the information that I have provided in the Online Entry Form is correct and that I used only my own original art in the submitted artwork. I further affirm that I have reviewed and agree the Competition Guidelines and Terms and Conditions.
